How do I find the item I'm looking for on HerbalRemedy.in ?
There are two ways you can find products on the site, either browse through the listings on the left hand side of the screen or use the Search our shop feature, which is very fast and very accurate and you can also search using our advanced search feature which will help you search for exact product   page.
How do I order from the website?
When you have found the product you are looking for, click on the "Add to Cart" button that appears next to that product. If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can remove products and/or change quantities at any time before going through the 'Checkout'. If you make any changes to  your cart remember to click the "update" button to make the changes. Once you have a selection of products that you are happy with, click 'Checkout' to enter our secure area and fill in the details we ask for, and then sit back and let us do the rest.
Do I need to register to shop on your site?
Registration is not obligatory for shopping on our site, although it is suggested for repeat Customers as it saves the errand of giving the same data whenever you shop on our site.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Items that are in stock will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of order placement and should reach the Customers doorstep depending upon the method of Shipping you selected. You will also receive emails from us keeping you updated with the progress of your order if Priority Shipping method is selected.
What happens if an item I want is out of stock?
Out of stock, isn't out of reach. If there is an item you are really trying to get hold of then please e-mail us at support@herbalremedy.in with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.
To what countries do you ship?

What are your Shipping Charges?
It is our endeavor to make shipping charges as reasonable as possible. The shipping charges are dependent on the volume-weight of the product as well as the country where it has to be dispatched. To find out more about shipping please click here.
Will I have to pay import duties?
With our experience we have seen that the customers whose shipments had their residential addresses have not paid any import duty as yet. However, we are unable to guarantee this as we have no control over VAT, customs taxes, and import duties and we cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
How do I find out how my order is progressing?
If you would like to make an enquiry regarding the status of your order, please contact us by emailing support@herbalremedy.in with your order no. and date.
I've recently placed an order with HerbalRemedy.in but would like to cancel it now. Can you tell me how to go about this?
If you wish to cancel an order, then you can do so by emailing us at support@herbalremedy.in within the same day of placing it. After this time, we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent out to you.
