Mirror is my worst enemy, I have acne!!!!

But what’s acne & how?

Acne are protrusions formed on the skin due to the over activity of the oil glands. The over secretion of oil clogs the skin pores and leads to deposition of dust and grime. All these break out as blackheads, pimples and cysts. They stay for long and usually leave their identities in the form of scars, blemishes and pits. So, worrisome is the acne.

Acne is common in teenagers due to over working of the sex hormones during puberty. But badly affected are those with oily skin for they are more prone to this skin disorder.

The causes may be heredity, hormonal levels and changes, food habits, infections, stress, improper beauty care or even pollution.

The prevention tips for acne is to eat the right kind of food, I mean avoid oily food but add more of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Also, keep your skin dust and oil free by regular and periodic cleansing, ex foliating, toning and right moisturizing. Above all, do not prick, pluck or squeeze for it will leave life time scars.

Can Acne be treated?

Yes, there are a roll out of innumerable products for the prevention and cure of acne. If you have acne and is not severe, try any product but I would rather suggest medical help at initial stage. A dermatologist will guide you find your way out of acne.

ACNE IS EMOTIONALLY TAXING:

Yes, people with acne always worry about their otherwise good skin. They try to compare their skin type with those with clear skin and wish and long that their’s could have been so. So, it causes a lot of stress and people sometimes avoid socializing. Stress in turn plays its role – it aggravates acne.

Dont worry, there a lot of home made remedies, various products and even laser therapies for acne and scar treatment.

  • Acne usually affects mostly teenagers, it can affect older people especially when they are experiencing certain surges and lows in hormones.
    Most acne problems occur on a person’s face.
    Lemon juice mixed with rose water can be used for acne. A clove of garlic, cut in half and apply on the acne.

  • Hiya, I was reading another thing about this on another blog. Interesting. Your perspective on it is diametrically contradicted from what I read earlier. I’m still pondering with the opposite points of view, but I’m leaning to a great extent toward yours. And irrespective, that’s what is so perfect about modern-day democracy and the marketplace of ideas online.
